Mental Health Awareness

 We are in this together

Bringing attention to Mental Health is important to me.

December 3, 2020 I lost my sister Annie to mental health. She was 36 years old. with 4 beautiful children. She was so amazing, talented, and my best friend.

Since her passing I have noticed the stigma around mental health…. That's where Annie’s Story Foundation began.

Awareness means to me, Educate the types of mental health conditions. Teaching others, it's okay to ask for help. Know the steps to help others and yourself.

Subjects of concern: Mental Health Facilities, Training and funding for E.R. Staff & Police Departments, Funding 988, and age appropriate Education in schools, etc..

LET'S START TALKING! SPEAK UP!

We all struggle with mental health throughout our lives. Let’s end the stigma around the subject.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

Your Story isn't Over ;
